By providing content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

4. Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to certain features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.

5. Disclaimer

The App provides recipe-related content and AI-generated results for informational purposes only. While we aim to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. The App does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Any decisions you make based on the content are at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on content provided through the App, including AI-generated results.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the operation of the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the updated version available within the App or on the relevant page. By continuing to use the App after such changes, you acknowledge the updated Terms.
